Additional Information

All U.S. Offices

We look forward to hosting you in a Goodwin office or at a Goodwin-sponsored event or meeting outside a Goodwin office.  Before your visit, there are some important things that you need to know.

Pre-Approval Requirement

All visitors to our U.S. offices must be pre-approved by the local Office Administrator at least one week in advance of a visit. Your Goodwin contact will seek approval on your behalf, and you will receive a confirmation email once the request is approved and a link to a vaccination and health affirmation form, which must be completed on the day before you plan to enter a Goodwin office.

Guests attending Goodwin-sponsored events or meetings outside a Goodwin office do not need to obtain pre-approval. Your Goodwin host will send an email with a link to a vaccination and health affirmation form, which must be completed on the day before you plan to attend the event or meeting.

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement

Since the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a COVID-19 vaccine for regular use, our offices, and events and meetings hosted outside of our offices, are open only to those individuals (including all partners, employees, onsite vendors and visitors) who have been fully vaccinated (meaning two weeks have passed since the receipt of the second shot of a two-dose vaccine or the only shot of a one-dose vaccine), unless a medical professional has advised them against the vaccine due to disability or they have a sincerely held religious belief that prevents them from receiving the vaccine.

Mask Requirements

Masks are required for everyone, regardless of vaccination status, when federal, state or local mask mandates are in place and for those who are not vaccinated because of a medical or religious exemption. If there are no applicable mask mandates in place, masks are optional for those who are fully vaccinated.

Additional Safety Measures

If you are not feeling well on the day of your visit, we ask that you please refrain from visiting our offices or attending events and meetings hosted outside our offices.

If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms or otherwise feel unwell while visiting, please leave the office immediately, and notify the individual you are visiting as soon as you are able.

If you test positive for COVID-19 or have symptoms of COVID-19 within 72 hours of visiting a Goodwin office, please immediately notify the Goodwin individual whom you were visiting.

If you have any questions or concerns, or if anything is unclear, please direct these to your Goodwin contact. Please also read our privacy policy for further information regarding our privacy practices.

Thank you for your cooperation with our efforts to keep you and our Goodwin colleagues safe.
