Goodwin partner and co-chair of the firm’s Appellate Litigation Practice Willy Jay has been named The AmLaw Litigation Daily’s Litigator of the Week. Jay has argued more than a dozen cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, experience that paid off this week when the court sided with Jay's client, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. in a 7-2 decision in Teva Pharmaceuticals v. Sandoz.
