Planview Acquired by Thoma Bravo From Insight Venture Partners

The Private Equity Group advised Planview® and Insight Venture Partners in Planview’s definitive agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo. Upon closing of the transaction, Thoma Bravo will become the new majority shareholder of Planview while Insight Venture Partners will maintain its original 2014 capital investment in the company. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017. Financial terms were not disclosed.
