Ms. Kay is a partner in and chair of Goodwin’s Global Real Estate Industry group, as well as a member of the firm’s Real Estate Joint Ventures, Real Estate Finance and Hospitality & Leisure practices. A driving force behind the expansion of the Real Estate group’s global footprint across the United States, Europe and Asia, Ms. Kay focuses on cross-continent initiatives that enhance current relationships and identify new ones.
