Field-Lowes brings more than 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, encompassing complex commercial cross-border and domestic disputes. She has expertise across managing disputes arising from issues such as breach of contract, misrepresentation, shareholder disputes, intellectual property and regulatory investigations, with a particular focus in the private equity space where she has represented some of the market’s biggest sponsors. She was named a “Rising Star” by Legal Week and is recommended for her technology, media and telecoms expertise by Legal 500 UK, as well as for tax disputes.
Field-Lowes joins a number of newly appointed partners at Goodwin, which continues to deepen its European platform across offices and practice areas. Field-Lowe’s addition follows the recent hires in London of Dulcie Daly to the firm’s Tax practice and Geoff O’Dea to the Private Equity practice, as well as and Harry Ghillemyn in Luxembourg earlier this year.
