The London Private Equity team is advising ODLO International (“ODLO”), a Swiss performance brand in Monte Rosa Capital’s portfolio, on its agreement to acquire British sailing brand, Henri-Lloyd. Closing is scheduled to take place later in 2022.
ODLO is a specialist sport and outdoor clothing brand that creates comfortable, breathable clothing for cycling, hiking, running and cross-country skiing enthusiasts.
Monte Rosa Capital focuses on investing in and developing mid-sized companies, particularly in the sports, leisure, training, outdoor and health sectors.
Henri-Lloyd is a British clothing brand that specialises in sailing apparel and fashion for men and women.
