Winfried Carli has a strong presence in the mid-cap segment, but essentially serves his own client base, which includes banks and debt funds as well as private equity houses. At Goodwin he meets a German team that is currently gearing itself more strongly towards the Private Equity business. In Munich, transaction specialists Dr. Jan Schinköth and Florian Hirschmann joined in the course of last year, as did Real Estate Finance partner Anke Johann and Tax partner Oded Schein.
