CLE: Employee Mobility and Trade Secrets

This CLE session will cover the current state of restrictive covenants, the various mechanisms to protect trade secrets and confidential information, and discusses some of the cutting-edge approaches to employee mobility issues. With an emphasis on the differing approaches across the country with respect to restrictive covenants, as well as FTC reporting associated with non-compete agreements, participate in a lively discussion including case studies and insights on the hotly contested Waymo v.
