Goodwin Procter partner Teresa Goebel was recently elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL). Admission to the ACREL is by invitation following a detailed screening process. Members are elected to the fellowship for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.
Goebel is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including hotel transactions, joint ventures, financings and real property sales and acquisitions.
ACREL is a nonprofit organization that devotes its efforts to improving the practice of real estate law around the country. The college was founded in 1978, and its membership consists of lawyers from forty-nine states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Goodwin partners Minta Kay and Mike Glazer are also ACREL fellows.
