Goodwin has advised PINOVA Capital GmbH (“PINOVA”) on the financing of its investment in VTI Ventil Technik GmbH (“VTI”).
Funds advised by PINOVA together with NRW.BANK acquired the shares in VTI from Aalberts N.V., a AMX-listed Dutch industrial technology company. VTI is a globally leading specialist in mission-critical high-pressure valves and regulators, delivering world-class quality and customized solutions for the most demanding applications in the field of breathing protection, fire control, alternative fuels, medical and technical gases. This investment will further accelerate VIT’s growth path in new regions and application areas.
PINOVA is an independent private equity firm based in Munich and is investing in high-growth technology companies in German-speaking regions. It focuses on medium-sized companies with sales between €10 million and €75 million in the sectors industrial technology and information technology, characterized by significant growth.
