The National Association of Insurance Commissioners has put out a bulletin on insurance companies' use of artificial intelligence, and it's getting mostly good reviews. "They're acknowledging that AI can be useful if implemented correctly," said Greg Hoffnagle, a Financial Services and Insurance partner, to Digital Insurance. "That's different from the tone five years ago. The paper acknowledges this is where the market's going. This will have benefits, if used correctly, to consumers."
