Goodwin Advises Trill Impact on the Financing of its Investment in Delivery Associates Ltd

Goodwin has advised Trill Impact ("Trill") on the financing of its investment in Delivery Associates Ltd ("Delivery Associates"), a global public sector consulting firm.

Trill's investment in Delivery Associates is aimed at accelerating the company's international growth. Delivery Associates is a global consulting firm serving leaders in government, philanthropy and social impact organisations and was founded in 2012 by Sir Michael Barber. The firm's proprietary Impact Delivery Framework is based on his experience as head of the Delivery Unit for the UK government under Tony Blair, which aimed to deliver measurable results for the government's priority objectives.

Trill Impact is a pioneering Impact investor with around EUR 1.2 billion in assets under management across its investment strategies Impact Private Equity, Impact Ventures and Microfinance. The company employs around 50 experienced professionals based in Northern Europe, Germany, Luxembourg and the US. Trill Impact aims to become a force for positive change through impact private investments, delivering real returns and lasting impact for the benefit of investors, businesses and society.
