Goodwin Appoints Credit Funds Partner (The Drawdown)

Goodwin has appointed John Anderson as a partner in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice, based in London, The Drawdown reports. Anderson counsels clients on regulatory, tax, financing and other structuring issues that arise in the course of fund formation for senior and subordinated debt, venture debt and other credit fund strategies. Additionally, he advises on fund platform development matters such as greenfield manager setups and restructurings, joint ventures, carry and related team incentive schemes, co-investment and secondaries transactions. The practice’s co-chair, Michael Halford, praised Anderson’s “significant expertise in credit fund strategies."
