The Paris Private Equity team advised Arcole, an independent management company specializing in supporting SMEs and SMIs in France, in its investment in Babel, a leader in corporate communications in France.
Founded in 2012, Babel is a communication agency that offers comprehensive support to companies and institutions across all sectors, leveraging its five core areas of expertise: strategy and brand creation, content strategy and production, talent communication (employer branding and internal communication), public interest communication and press relations, and social media.
Arcole's majority investment, via its Cipango I fund, will allow Babel to position corporate communications as a strategic lever at the heart of companies' growth and transformation strategies.
