Goodwin Real Estate Atty Eyes Gov't Role In Adaptive Reuse (Law360)

Investors considering converting office buildings to a residential use are increasingly seeking more assistance from and collaboration with governments, told Diana Brummer, co-chair of Real Estate in a recent interview with Law360. Investors are seeking tax incentives and help to get past zoning restrictions as they contemplate such adaptive reuse projects.
