Lewis is a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group and the firm’s Joint Venture and Real Estate Finance practices based in London. He also serves as co-lead of Goodwin’s Global Sports, Gaming, and Gambling team. Lewis advises clients on financing opportunities across dynamic credit environments, including the rapidly evolving sports finance market.

Lewis advises investment banks, private credit funds, insurance companies and other major financial institutions, private equity firms, and real estate investors on a variety of structured finance transactions, delivering novel finance solutions.
Within real estate credit, his focus is on multi-jurisdictional real estate transactions, often involving back leverage. Working alongside Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice, Lewis has advised on bespoke repo and loan-on-loan structures, helping private credit clients obtain leverage across Europe.
In sports finance, Lewis has advised on large-scale financings for clubs, investors, and leagues throughout Europe. He regularly advises on transactions involving club investments, team financings, stadium development transactions, and other sports receivables financings across multiple jurisdictions.
