Global 50 law firm Goodwin announced today that Diana Brummer joined the firm’s Real Estate Industry Group as a partner in its New York office.
Highly regarded within the real estate community, Brummer’s experience spans the spectrum of commercial real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on complex joint ventures, senior, construction and mezzanine financings (for both lenders and borrowers), acquisitions and dispositions, loan workouts, real estate recapitalizations and development. She also has considerable experience acting for institutional investors, pension funds, private real estate funds and public and private REITs, as well as their investment advisors.

Brummer received her J.D. magna cum laude from Cornell Law School and her B.A. with distinction from the University of Illinois. She is admitted to practice in New York and is a Member the Leadership Advisory Committee of the National Women’s Law Center and also active in pro bono matters.
