Goodwin Technology team advised Charles River Ventures in the $5 million Series Seed financing round of Meilisearch, a start-up developing a RESTfull search API that is the ready-to-go solution for everyone wanting a powerful, fast, and relevant search experience for their end-users.
The round was led by Charles River Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in technology, and included existing investors LocalGlobe, Seedcamp and Mango Capital.
The Goodwin team was led by Anne-Charlotte Rivière and included Louis Taslé d’Héliand in Paris on corporate matters.
