Chris Wilson is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Chris serves as co-chair of the firm’s Healthcare Practice, co-chair of the firm’s Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity, and as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Experience

Chris specializes in advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth equity investments, strategic transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Chris also frequently represents management teams and operating executives in sale transactions.

Chris principally focuses his practice on transactions in the healthcare services and healthcare technology verticals, and has significant experience in the consumer, business services, technology companies, financial services/asset management, and manufacturing verticals.

Chris’s recent transactional experience includes representing leading private equity and investment firms such as Goldman Sachs, InTandem Capital Partners, Ridgemont Equity Partners, Sixth Street Growth, TA Associates, Tinicum Capital Partners, and Webster Equity Partners, among others.
