Goodwin has advised Ares Management on the fundraising of its latest European real estate fund, Ares European Property Enhancement Partners II, which held its final close with total commitments of €665 million. The fund will pursue a value add strategy and will target real estate investments across Europe. Goodwin also advised Ares Management on a related co-investment vehicle between the fund and a limited partner.
