The Technology team advised Carbon Black on its initial public offering. The offering consisted of 8 million shares of common stock at $19 per share, the top of its $17-19 per share price range. Carbon Black granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.2 million additional shares of common stock.
Carbon Black is a leading provider of next-generation endpoint security. As a cybersecurity innovator, Carbon Black has pioneered multiple endpoint security categories, including application control, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and next-generation antivirus (NGAV).
