Lawyers for Civil Rights recognized the pro bono efforts of a Goodwin Private Equity Debt Finance team at their annual meeting on June 25th. Goodwin was honored for providing pro bono legal services to over 40 small businesses applying for loans through the CARES Act’s Paycheck Protection Program, a vital initiative providing small businesses with funds to cover payroll costs.
The Goodwin team included finance partners and associates from Boston, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Santa Monica.
