The London and Cambridge Technology teams advised Vivid Money on their Series C financing round raising $114 million at a $886 million valuation. The round was led by Greenoaks Capital, with Ribbit Capital and new backer SoftBank Vision Fund 2 also participating.
Vivid Money is a German-based fintech startup launched in 2020 by Artem Iamanov and Alexander Emeshev, which provides a financial services platform combining mobile banking, investments and crypto in one app that helps customers save and invest their money.
The Goodwin team was led by Andrew Davis and Adam Thatcher.
