Global law firm Goodwin has appointed Edward Saunders as a partner in its Private Equity practice, according to Real Deals. Saunders was previously a finance associate in the firm’s PE practice until 2019. In his new role based out of London, Saunders will liaise with managers, general partners, funds, banks and non-bank lenders in the fund finance sector. His experience includes acting on subscription lines, umbrella and managed account financings, net-asset-value and hybrid fund facilities across various asset classes.
