Goodwin has hired Elie-Raphaël Soudry as counsel in its Private Equity practice in Luxembourg, writes the Financial Times. The firm also added partner Saba Rais to its ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in London, and rehired private equity partner Ed Saunders.
