Leading PTAB Partner Lori Gordon Joins Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in Washington, DC

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Lori Gordon joined the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice as a partner, resident in the Washington, DC office.

Lori’s intellectual property practice focuses intensively on inter partes matters, including contested case proceedings in front of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Her deep experience includes more than 260 PTAB trials. She has been a leader in PTAB trials since their inception in 2012 and participated in some of the very first such trials. Lori represents clients in a broad range of industries, including data communications, semiconductor devices and fabrication, data security, machine learning, and electronic commerce. She has been recognized by the PTAB Bar Association as the top woman litigator since the PTAB’s founding based on number of trials.
