Firm Welcomes Technology Partners Geoff Ossias and Tim Poydenis in Santa Monica
Global law firm Goodwin announced today the addition of three partners to its Santa Monica office to support the continued growth of its diverse technology and private equity client base. Geoff Ossias join Goodwin as partners in its Technology practice.

Goodwin’s Santa Monica office opened in 2019 with a focus on the technology and private equity industry verticals. Ossias and Poydenis represent startups, early- and growth-stage companies, venture capital investors, angel investors, private equity funds and strategic investors in a broad range of technology-driven sectors such as healthcare, biotechnology, financial services, renewable energy, cybersecurity, marketing and sales automation, e-commerce, health and wellness, cosmetics, and sports and entertainment. Ossias received his A.B. from Vassar College, his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, and his M.J. from the University of California, Berkeley.
