The Paris Private Equity team advised PAI Partners on the acquisition of MyFlower, the holding company of the Interflora group. Goodwin also assisted the lenders Hayfin and LFPI in the unitranche financing of the transaction.
The Interflora group is a flower delivery e-commerce company. The Interflora network includes more than 5,200 independent florists in France, and nearly 45,000 worldwide, in 145 countries.
The Goodwin corporate team, advising PAI Partners, was led by Maxence Bloch and included Pauline Louis in Paris, Alexandrine Armstrong-Cerfontaine and Oana Millich in Luxembourg.
The Goodwin debt finance team, advising Hayfin and LFPI, was led by Arnaud Fromion and included Laurent Bonnet assisted by and Charles-Henri de Gouvion Saint-Cyr on the tax aspects.
