Goodwin Private Investment Funds Team Welcomes Partner Runjhun Kudaisya in New York

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Runjhun Kudaisya joined the Private Investment Funds practice as a partner, resident in the New York office.

Kudaisya has extensive experience advising asset managers on all aspects of fund formation and investment adviser matters. She counsels clients on the forming, structuring, launching, and ongoing operating of investment funds, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate, debt, hedge funds, separate account arrangements, "fund-of-one" structures, and customized investment products. She also advises investment advisers in regulatory and compliance matters, including registration and compliance policies and procedures.

In addition to prior law firm experience, Kudaisya draws on in-house experience, having served in assistant general counsel roles at Sculptor Capital Management Group and Aladdin Capital.

Kudaisya follows the recent arrivals of Private Investment Funds partners Greg Larkin in Washington, D.C., Adam Sussman, David WagnerMichael Aluko, and Karen Chao in New York, Zee Ahmedani in Los Angeles, Joachim Kayser and Sebastian Bruchwitz in Frankfurt, and Phil Culhane and Elyn Xing in Hong Kong.
