The Paris Private Equity team advised Sagard in connection with its exclusive negotiations with Capza to acquire EOS Corrugated, a global leader in technical consumables mostly used in the recycled packaging industry.
Founded in 2013, EOS Corrugated offers a complementary range of products, namely cutting counterparts and corrugator belts mainly used on corrugated cardboard production lines.
This transaction would allow EOS Corrugated to pursue its international development through both organic growth and acquisitions.
The Goodwin team was led by Thomas Maitrejean and included Simon Servan-Schreiber on the corporate aspects, Adrien Paturaud and Marie Magnolle on the financing aspects as well as Marie-Laure Bruneel on the tax aspects.
