Goodwin Adds Technology Partner Jia Jia Huang in Los Angeles

Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Jia Jia Huang joined the firm’s Technology practice as a partner, resident in the Los Angeles office.

Huang provides strategic advice and counseling to technology companies on intellectual property and technology-related transactions. She counsels clients on the development, licensing, and commercialization of intellectual property assets across industries. Huang also routinely leads the intellectual property and technology aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, buyout and other private equity transactions, corporate financing and capital raising, and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings.
