2014 Symposium on Corporate Governance in Real Estate

Goodwin Procter, Lazard and FPL are hosting the 2014 Symposium on Corporate Governance in Real Estate. This invitation-only symposium will be attended by approximately 50 CEOs, board chairs/lead directors and committee chairs at the nation’s largest publicly-traded REITs, hotel and gaming companies and homebuilders, among other relevant industry sectors. Topics to be covered throughout the program include current “hot issues” in corporate governance and board engagement; board leadership during company crises, strategic transactions, activism and special committees; and the handling of non-performing board members and executive compensation.
