The Paris Private Equity team advised Exclusive Group on its significant new investment from global private equity firm Permira. The transaction secures substantial funding and resources to fuel the next stage in Exclusive Group’s development and hyper-growth, with the existing management team further focused on expanding service offerings, vendor portfolio and presence, operations and global footprint. The transaction is subject to customary conditions and is expected to close in the next few months. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Exclusive Group is a value-added services and technologies group with a focus on cybersecurity and cloud migration solutions. The company has 62 offices across five continents and a presence in over 100 countries.
