Taft is a senior partner, global co-chair of Goodwin's Life Sciences practice, and member of the Allocations Committee who represents emerging to mature life sciences companies in all aspects of their business and legal affairs. Wiesen is chair of Goodwin’s IP Litigation Practice, and has more than 20 years of experience advising clients in all phases of patent litigation, from initial counseling up through trial and appeal. His accomplishments have garnered accolades from Legal 500, IAM Patent 1000 and Best Lawyers. He has also been named a Life Sciences Star by LMG Life Sciences and Outstanding IP Litigator in Massachusetts by Managing IP.
