Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Group Highly Ranked by World Trademark Review 1000

Goodwin’s Intellectual Property practice was recently named to the World Trademark Review 1000 for the fifth consecutive year, as Goodwin’s versatility and client-focused approach again led to it being recognized as a worldwide leader in the trademark industry.

The publication highly ranked the firm in Massachusetts, calling Goodwin an “elite global player” with a “reputation for excellence in big-ticket patent, trademark and commercial litigation.” Additionally, the publication highly ranked the firm’s New York team for Enforcement and Litigation and Prosecution and Strategy, noting that Goodwin “shines in mission-critical IP litigation and operates at the highest level in both patents and trademarks.”

Goodwin lawyers also fared well in the rankings, as Robert Carroll was recognized for Massachusetts Enforcement and Litigation. In New York, Ira Levy was recognized for Enforcement and Litigation and Jessica Rothstein was recognized for Enforcement and Litigation and Prosecution and Strategy.
