The Frankfurt team advised vegan food company Veganz Group AG on raising €11m from Brandenburg Kapital in a second tranche of equity financing.
The company was already able to attract investors in the first tranche of its pre-IPO capital raise in July 2021; the investors include Paladin One as lead investor, Develey Holding and several private investors.
The Goodwin team was led by Markus Käpplinger and included Robert Jochim and Nadine Gommel.
