The Paris Private Equity team advised FCDE on the acquisition of the Lindera group.
Lindera is a French company specialized in the production and installation of shop fittings and interior design with over 30-years’ experience in the design, layout and remodeling of premises, both in France and internationally.
With this transaction, FCDE completed the 4th investment of its latest fund closed in April 2023, and became the majority shareholder of the Lindera Group, alongside the management team and Bpifrance.
The Goodwin team was led by Benjamin Garçon and included Pauline Louis on corporate aspects, Adrien Paturaud, Marie Mognolle and Elisa Revel on financing aspects, as well as Charles-Henri de Gouvion Saint-Cyr and Gauthier Pinabiaux on tax aspects.
