de Gouvion Saint Cyr received his master’s in law and taxation from the University of Paris and is a graduate of HEC Paris. He is admitted to the Paris bar and is a lecturer in tax law in the post-graduate (Master 2) Economic Law program at the Sorbonne Law School.
