The Paris Private Equity team advised Cerba HealthCare on its acquisition of Groupe Bio7, a French network of medical testing laboratories, from Ardian, a world-leading private investment house, its founder and its management.
Cerba HealthCare, the European leader in clinical pathology and medical biology is involved in three complementary segments: local clinical pathology, specialized clinical pathology and central lab testing for clinical trials. With this operation, Cerba HealthCare aims to strengthen its services of proximity biology.
