The Mergers & Acquisitions team advised RBC Bearings Incorporated (Nasdaq: ROLL) in its definitive agreement to acquire the DODGE mechanical power transmission division of ABB Ltd for $2.9 billion in cash, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
