Goodwin advised Yassir, an Algeria-based delivery app operating in the Middle East, in the acquisition of Flink, a food delivery services provider, alongside its managing director, Guillaume Luscan.
Flink entered receivership in June 2023. The takeover provides for a €5 million investment and retaining more than 50% of employees.
The Goodwin team was led:
