Founded in 2020, Alloy Enterprises develops and manufactures advanced aluminum and copper thermal‑management components for data centers, defense, industrial systems, and high‑performance computing using its novel Stack Forging fabrication process. Alloy Enterprises supports customers from design through production, enabling rapid deployment of custom, reliable heat‑transfer components.

The acquisition strengthens Johnson Controls’ data center cooling portfolio and advances its end-to-end thermal management capabilities.
