Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Practice was highly recognized at Managing IP’s Americas Awards ceremony on March 15. The firm was named “US Copyright Firm of the Year” and “Copyright: East Firm of the Year.”
Goodwin was also honored in the category of “Case of the Year” for its successful representation of Varsity Brands, the nation’s leading manufacturer of cheerleading apparel, in a dispute that went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
