Global law firm Goodwin announced today that capital markets partner Ariel White-Tsimikalis will join the firm’s London Technology and Life Sciences practices, which represents leading companies and investors in the United Kingdom and Europe.
White-Tsimikalis specializes in advising investment banks, corporations and private equity funds on equity capital markets transactions (including IPOs and secondary offerings) and general public company representation. As an ESG specialist she regularly advises listed companies on their ESG obligations, with a particular focus on governance matters. She currently serves as a Committee Member of the Women Lawyers Division of the Law Society of England & Wales, was recently elected to the Council of the Law Society of England & Wales and is ranked in both the Legal 500 UK and Chambers & Partners UK.

White-Tsimikalis’ appointment follows a period of sustained growth across Goodwin’s technology and life sciences offering in Europe. The recent promotion of Elizabeth Rhodes to partner in Cambridge brings the partner headcount of the UK team to ten, working alongside 30 associates, whilst the firm recently added intellectual property partner Marie Fillon to the Paris technology and life sciences group to work alongside partners Anne-Charlotte Rivière, Thomas Dupont-Sentilles and Benjamin Garçon.
