Inclusion@Goodwin

Inclusion@Goodwin, established in 2014, and led by the firm’s Chairman Emeritus, David Hashmall, works with the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives to bring increased focus and urgency to the importance of growing our firm diversity and fostering an inclusive firm environment. Inclusion@Goodwin includes leaders, partners and senior professional staff from around the firm who are dedicated to defining, refining and executing on our diversity strategy, which, at a high-level, involves creating a highly diverse workforce and a fully inclusive workplace. Inclusion@Goodwin’s early goals include communicating the business case for diversity and inclusion; eliminating any hidden barriers to success and fostering a more inclusive culture; ensuring that we are developing and sponsoring our diverse talent; focusing on diversity in legal recruitment and especially lateral partner recruitment; and using metrics to help us track progress and motivate change.
